Gerbera Flower Fairy and 5 styled Tiara's in Gold, Copper and Silver shades with diamond jewels and Puff Pink vintage Rose brush and stamp

I've made these beautiful lovely styled tiara's and wanted to make a layout showing one way in which they could be used. So went hunting through my photo's and found this perfect photo of my friend Lara's little girl Chelsea! This photo was just way too precious and the perfect choice for what I had in mind. Debra from Keepsakes Photography took this photo, her website is HERE . So I added in wings and a few elements from my Gentle kit, Baby girls Heartstrings kit, Unicorn kit and the plainer background old paper is from my Good Mens kit. The gerberas were from a beautiful flower bouquet my Husband bought me for my birthday, I'm so glad I took close-up photos of them, they turned out so pretty :>> I began just dragging and dropping lot's of things onto the background papers and then thought it would be fun to have the gerbera's popping out of a frame so added that in from the Summer dreams kit, I love white frames! I possibly might have way too much on this one page, but I couldn't help get carried away by the magical fairy dust and bubbles that were coming out of the page to enchant me ;D
I prefer to put my shadowing on seperate layers and distorting those layers in shades slightly darker than the backgrounds, blurring them, reducing the opacity and that gives a more realistic lifting of parts you want to look more 3d and lifted. I use Photoshop for my graphic program, I'm not familiar with other programs, sorry.
My forum has a help section with links in it to several great tutorials for realistic shadowing LINK

A close-up of Lara's little girl Chelsea. (Lara has just had a beautiful baby boy Carson!) www.dustybear.com Congratulations to the wonderful Payton Family! It's times like these that makes me wish I wasn't living so far away! I wish we had teleporters already!! I'd love to drop in for a cuddle, I love new born babies and oh just babies in general!! LOL

22 Tiaras in png file format. 5 different styles in different shades of Gold, Silver and Copper. Included is this beautiful ephemera vintage belle and sparkles in png format. These would be so much fun to add to your little Princesses or your wedding layouts!

Faery books and Playing Faery cards! Putting your photos into photo proof books and size comparisons of different publishers!

playing faery cards
I was so excited to get my playing cards this week! Aren't they just so beautiful, they really go well with the Faery Books! I'm putting ribbons and plastic pockets in the Faery book for photos, don't you think that is a great idea?!:>> I just love playing with these faery cards because I made King faeries to match. I made the hearts in pinks and peach, the clubs I made in greens, the diamonds in reds and the spades I made the faeries in blues and purples.

playing faery cards

These books were my prototype and I didn't notice I'd not aligned the cover perfectly in the software until I received the book, if your familiar with printing then you'd know how these kind of errors happen all the time and making adjustments until the product is perfect is normal.

These next Photo books are my proof books! I had to acknowledge that it just wasn't going to be possible to get every single photo I've taken of my kids and family into scrapped layouts! I am a passionate digital scrapbooker and needed to concede that I just couldn't scrap every single digital photo I took. I decided I should just get my photos that number in the thousands printed anyway! Well after pricing exactly how much it would cost me($100's) to have them printed and to buy albums for the photos, I put it off even longer until I found that a printed and bound photobook could be a better and cheaper alternative to printing out the individual photos and putting them into an expensive archival album.
I use ARTSCOW
to make my photobooks and I can squeeze upto 192 good photos into one 8inch square 30page book. That works out 12cents a photo which is alot cheaper than buying a 200photo pocket album and getting 200 photos printed at the local printers! Not to mention it takes up way less shelving space and it's too easy to add in some text and dates.

I found artscow book service reliable and fast! The software is pretty straight forward and they make lot's of fun gift items to, I just had to get a watch for my Hubby, when I saw those, he loves it!

So if your considering having your digital photo's developed and they number in the thousands and you have lot's of folders to still get done consider a photobook idea. Don't just take my word for it about artscow, I have tried several book publishers, did you know Officeworks also do book publishing? There are alot of good quality photobook companies out there! I have more photos of my books and pages in my gallery.

Here are some comparison sizes in some different publishers, www,myreflections.com.au , www,mypictales.com , www.blurb.com and www.artscow.com

Here is my Hubby's watch, which he really loves! ;D

Using blushbutter image graphics for craft projects ~ hybrid quickpages, papertole cards and Polymer clay charms

papertole card craft victorian edwardian style

Hybrid scrapbooking projects for cards and weddings. Charlie earlier last week sent me some photos of the gorgeous pages she had made using my graphics for her wedding album and a beautiful card for a friend of hers. These pages are so lovely, she has taken the time to cut out the pockets for the photo inserts of her wedding for her album, I am just in awe of the patience it must have taken to do this! It was so worth it, look at how amazing this wedding photo album is! For her craft card that she made for her friend shown above, she has done some papertole craft layering the key elements she wanted to accent, such a pretty card! Charlie used the Victorian wedding album and the Beautiful Belles kit
